Retired Captain FDNY, 4th degree Black Belt and a Karate Instructor at the Canarsie Karate Club in Brooklyn. Enjoys Karate, biking, archery, photography, walks in the woods, hearing a child laugh. I have 2 dogs and enjoy taking them out for walks. I was instrumental in establishing the cold water/ice rescue proceedures for the FDNY First responders.

Summer

Thinking of getting my hip replaced. I just need to figure a date. I was thinking that at my autopsie would be a good time
